Events at the Botanic Gardens

The Gardens are a magical venue for public events and can also cater for your private events or ceremonies.

  • An Evening Nature Walk at the Botanic Garden

    Friday 23 February 2018, 5:309 pm

Deep Creek Dam Road off Princes Highway, 5 km south of Batemans Bay

Evening is a magic time at Eurobodalla Regional Botanic Garden. The day's heat has abated, birds are actively finding their perch for the night, tiny bats are flying and kangaroos, if they can be bothered, lift their heads to watch us humans walk past.

Public access to ERBG after hours is most unusual. Friends of ERBG are pleased to offer an Evening Nature Walk on Friday 23rd February, 5:30 - 9:00 pm. From 5:30 to 6:30 children can take part in nature-based craft activities, and then go on walks with their parents. From 7:00, small groups will be led by guides from Eurobodalla Natural History Society, staff from Eurobodalla Shire, and volunteer guides from ERBG. Spotlighting will begin at 8:00 and the event concludes at 9:00 pm. Various walking groups may have a special interest in frogs, birds, plants or mammals.

    Adults $15, Children $5
    Family (2 adults + children) $30
Friends of ERBG (quote membership number) $10

    Bookings essential online at
