Our Garden has many beautiful outdoor venues for your wedding or special event. Whatever venue you choose, luscious plants and wildlife will surround you, showcasing the Garden's natural beauty at every turn.
Our friendly Visitor Centre staff can arrange a site visit and help you choose the right setting for your special day.
We have indoor and outdoor venues available and can cater for small and large groups.
Areas for outdoor ceremonies
This unique and picturesque space consists of tiered bench seating overlooking the lake, surrounded by a large lawn area.
Suitable for: wedding ceremonies, professional events, birthday and other special celebrations.
Capacity
- 65 people.
Hire fees
- Venue hire fee: $366.
- Bond fee: $759 (fully refundable if site left clean and hours not exceeded).
- Chair hire: $2 per chair (if included bench seating is insufficient).
- Table hire: $10 per table.

This grassy landscaped area has a stage and is the ideal location for large functions with entertainment.

We have many different lawn areas around the Garden that will suit your wedding or special event. These areas vary in size and are surrounded by the Garden's natural beauty.
If you prefer to be close to the visitor centre and services, you can choose a suitable site close by.

- Ranges from 60 people to 100 people depending on the site you choose.

Undercover venues
If you prefer an undercover venue, choose from our two venues that would suit your special event or celebration:
Staff support
- During opening hours (eg, to supervise any authorised equipment delivery): charged at $61 per hour.
- After hours support: charged at $117 per hour, minimum 2 hours.
- All functions out of normal operating hours need to finish by 9pm.
