Pack a picnic and bring the family for a fun-filled day of activities as you celebrate National Families Week.

Family Fun Day program

All day activities+

You can drop by and take part in any of these activities throughout the day:

  • Art and craft, games and activities
  • Face painting
  • Garden Walkabout activities
  • One stop swap shop - plants, clothing and toys
  • Sensory play space

10am to 10.30am+

  • Fairy Hunt with Big Fun 4 Little Ones – come dressed as a fairy or magical forest creature and go on an adventure through the gardens. (Spaces limited, sign up on the day.)
  • Music for a Sound of Nature – sing, dance and play with your little one.
  • Yoga - for all ages.

10.30am - 11am+

  • From the Forest Hunt with Big Fun 4 Little Ones – pop on your explorer hats and vests, get your exploring kits ready and head into the gardens. (Spaces limited, sign up on the day.)
  • Yoga - for all ages.
  • Pillowcase workshop with Red Cross - an interactive emergency preparedness workshop for children aged 8-11 years. (Sign up on the day.)

11am - 11.30am+

The Great Zamboni - a magic show for all ages.

Council's Children's Services, Youth Services, the Environmental team and the Eurobodalla Regional Botanic Garden are working together with support from The Eurobodalla Family Network to bring you a day of fun!
